Information and TOS

Terms of Service:
-Under NO circumstance is any of my art allowed to be used for the production or distribution of NFT’s or AI processes.
-While working on the artwork, I reserve the right to post the process and completed project onto my social media and/or streaming services. If the commissioner would prefer to keep their commission private, there is a 25% NDA fee.
-All artwork is permitted to be used for both personal and commercial use exclusively by the commissioner. However, in the case of being used commercially or posted on social media, it is required that proper credit be given back to me, the original artist and/or rigger.
-The commissioner is not allowed to claim the artwork as their own.
-The commissioner is not allowed to alter the artwork in any way, aside from cropping, rotation, and resizing, without prior permission.
-By placing an order, the commissioner agrees to have read and accepted all of the terms listed above.
